Well let me start this by saying: 2 weeks ago my wife and I took our 14 year old daughter to see 5 SOS and One "D" at the Rose bowl. When 5 SOS came up it started me thinking back to my Rock&Roll days. When I went back to work I was telling a co-worker about the concert and telling him how it brought back some memories for me and he asked "well have you ever looked up your old band on the internet"? My reply was "why bother, who would care" but it got me to thinking so I did look and found your site Ed. I am in tears looking at all the photos and the flood of memories and emotions is nearly to much for me. I have now been married to the same wonderful woman for 28 years, She also went to John Marshall, Brookhurst and Savanna and all the Black Sunrise shows. I have been and done many fantastic things since those days including a 13 year stent as a professional Bass Fisherman, living historian and teaching military history and by the way Mark Stone my hats off to you man for doing the right thing and serving your country thanks so much. We have as I mentioned a 14 year old daughter who is a fantastic pro trained dancer and straight "A" student. We live in Anaheim Hills and we have had a wonderful life. I am a little bummed there are no pics of me but then again I don't recall many being taken in those days. I do have some B.S. pics and the best of all I have a B.S. shirt that Dan Rice gave me about 10 years ago which I will never part with not for love or money. Thank you ED for creating this site it was amazing listening to our original recordings as I have often wondered if anyone had any recordings. So who am I? Well I don't have a bass anymore but I do enjoy playing my Strat or sitting behind the drums every so often, give up? This is Kim Calvert saying hello to all of you whom I have missed over the years. I would love it if someone would contact me and I am so bummed no one did for the Dave, Dave and Mark reunion also Dave your folks look great and exactly how I remember them it would be wonderful to hear from you. It has been fantastic walking down memory lane, a little confusing for me as well a very emotional experience. Again I would love to be contacted and I don't have a scanner but would like to get some of my pics to you to add to the site. Thanks again to all of you for being who you were and who you are today. Kim
